These Terms & Conditions govern the IQ Installs text messaging (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
The IQ Installs SMS program sends transactional, service-related text messages to customers and to our crews and subcontractors. Customer messages may include estimate confirmations, appointment and arrival-window reminders, job-status updates, document and proposal links, and payment reminders. Crew and subcontractor messages may include job assignments, schedule changes, and install-day reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You opt in by submitting our estimate request form or subcontractor application at iqinstalls.com and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and express consent to us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us (for example, your appointments, project milestones, and payments).
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to messages you send and receive. IQ Installs is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
